Aerokineses is the use of the mind and spirit to control air. To be able to do this one must first train the mind vigorously my meditating in front of a a rotating fan. One can most commonly observe people doing this on a hot summer day. Once you are able to keep the air flow on your face for several rotations, you are ready for your final task.
