What was some technology in the 1400s?

they had teleporters and ray guns and shizzle. they actually had dragons but they were notmythical creatures they were genetically modified dinosaurs the cloned from mosquitoes fossilized in amber like off jurassic park. then there was a massive meteor made of frozen alien milk that killed almost everyone and alll of the technology was lost.
