the perks of being a wallflower is an amazing book. the theme is about growing and becoming an adult. the book tells about how the boy grows as a teenager and about his difficult experiences in life. the book is just about being a teenager and being alive.

He was sexually abused by is Aunt Helen but had blocked it out until the very end of the book.
