What company makes the fastest air rifle?

Do you want speed or do you want Accuracy?

Don't confuse speed with accuracy and power. Let me explain. I can vary the speed of most any rifle by selecting a lighter pellet. Pellets come in all different weights and sizes. Gamo makes a Raptor pellet that increases your speed. But you won't find the Reptor pellets used in competition because they have a tendency to wonder off target in a cross breeze because they are so light. You will find that a $3000 Olympic Match air rifle will fire a heavily weighted pellet at 500 FPS. It may be half as fast as a household 1000 FPS rifle But it will be dead accurate in the target. Because Olympic shooter know that a heavy match pellet will fly straight.

The Gamo hunter Extreme fires a .177 caliber pellet at 1650 FPS. a .22 Caliber at 1300 FPS and a .25 Caliber at 730 FPS. The .25 caliber is going to fly slower straighter and have considerably more knockdown power than the .177

When it comes to knockdown power the Sam Yang Big bore 44 fires a 45 Caliber pellet at 700 FPS. This is a PCP (PreCharged Pneumatic) air rifle that requires a Scuba tank to charge the rifle to 3000 PSI. and will bring down a moose. No .177 caliber rifle can do that.
