There is no guarantee for weight loss. I can only give you my experience. I am at 28 on the BMI. That is not very much overweight. I went on the Adkins diet which has lots of meat and protein. I loss 17 pounds without trying and without exercise. My recommendation to you is to cut all portions of normal meals in half, eat more fruits and vegetables and exercise. The person that sells for Subway Sandwiches walked a lot and reduced his fat and carbohydrates, and when I say he walked, he walked miles!

This may sound rude and facetious but if you stop eating for a month you will surely lose something like 10 KG.
If you fear damaging your health, then perhaps one egg a day and a good deal of lettuce and a couple of Apples will make you feel safer. An egg has everything it takes to make a chick, so it must have at least a little of everything you need.
