First, I'm assuming you know something about the company, if you don't, you need to do some research first! Secondly look at the employment ad. See how much of the job description applies to you and use that to write your answer. Stick to personal qualitites that apply to the job you're trying to get. For example, a housecleaning company probably doesn't care if you're great with computers but they WILL care if you have attention to detail and are trustworthy. If you want to be a firefighter, they're probably more interested in your physical strength, stamina and basic common sense than your customer service skills. Good luck! ~ T
