Which country offers the best opportunities for architects?

Malaysia. I know it may be surprising but it is one of the tiger economies that offer special previledges to foreign architects.

If your looking for one city on earth where an Architect can make it, it's London. Even in the recession Architects were hiring, British architects are renowned as the worlds best and therefore have huge clientele internationally. It's home to Norman Foster, Zaha Hadid, David Chipperfield... the list goes on.
