When is a good age to start french kissing?

This is kind of a hard question to answer. I'm 13 and have never frenched anyone before let alone a normal kiss. But i really think it's just about how comfortable you are with this person and if your ready. I don't really think age matters unless your like 12 then it might be a little weird.
