What is the difference between sales manager and sales executive?

for a graduted student like me , the only job i can get to enrich experience is in sales . Specifically , i choose to apply sale executive in fashion store i mean magonn boutique becasue i love fashion , shopping is my hobby so i understand attitute ogf customers when they go shopping , so i think i can handle this job effectivelly n efficiently n do it better than so many others
