What is Xenoglossically?

Xenoglossically: speaking in a language that the speaker doesn't understand.

The only other place I could find this Word is on a list as an answer on ChaCha dot com with no definition. I tried my own hard copy dictionary and at least two dozen on line dictionaries, including the entomology dictionary by breaking down the parts of the Word. I could not find a dictionary that knew this Word.
