Charles Hillman Brough (born July 9, 1876 in Clinton, Mississippi; died December 26, 1935 in Washington DC) succeeded George Washington Hays as the twenty-fifth Governor of Arkansas, serving between January 10, 1917 and January 11, 1921, including the whole of 1918.
