Is the book The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane realistic fiction?

Well it may be...This book is about a rabbit toy that goes on a journey though he doesnt talk.So like its a toy.(toys are real)It goes from one owner to another.(that can happen)I really really want everyone to read this book it made me want to cry so much!I love this story.I hope you guys read it.Again AWESOME book.I love this book so very bad.I feel very sorry for Bryce because he loses everything and he is a poor kid,has a really really sick

sister and a dad who dont care about him or his sister until the sister dies.He ONLY cares for the sister.Bryce has Edward (the rabbit toy) and Bryce loses him to PLZ read this.And tell all your friends to read it.I HOPE YOU ENJOY!Oh yeah this book might be realistic fiction.
