How do you unlock altairs outfit in assassains creed 2?

You can get both Altair's robes and armor by going to the main menu and selecting Uplay. From their select Rewards and then Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. From there you should see Altair's armor and robes which you can buy if you have enough points.
