Fitchburg is a city located in Worcester County, Massachusetts, in the United States. It is situated in the central part of the state, approximately 50 miles northwest of Boston. The city is known for its rich industrial history and is part of the larger Fitchburg-Leominster metropolitan area. Additionally, there is another Fitchburg in Wisconsin, which is a suburb of Madison.
