How can you contact eBay?

Use the "contact us" tab at the top right of almost any eBay page.

Enter your query in the search box and when the results show you should also see a phone number (with temporary PIN) to use. The phone number and PIN are only available for use for 15 minutes after they appear for you so you need to be ready to ring very soon after you get the number.
