Generally speaking New Car Dealers won't have 13 year old cars in their inventory, they get them in trade~in they send them off to auction, On line try CarGurus.com, AutoTrader.com Cars.com or if you live in a reasonably large City, there is usually a place with a bunch of used car lots..all in a row. But my best suggestion is shop on line at those sites..CarGurus is pretty good, the have 'price analysis' to guide you if it is overpriced or a good deal, and you can confine your radius to a area you pick. Beware if you live in California, there are emissions packages good for 49 States, then Calif and it must have the 'smog' package to register it. You have far more choices outside California. Best of luck with you shopping, folks tend to hold on to their Corollas, the perfect blend of power and economy. They hold re sale value better than any other car in it's class.
