Can a 16 year old female living in NJ become emancipated to live with her friends family if her mother has abuse charges on her her father doesnt want her and there is no family she can turn to?

Can a 16 year old female live with her friends .... Will the law say that if you are 16 and older she can pick where they want to stay. I went thought it but know my parnets are back together. But i was 14 year old and jugde ask me where i want to be i sad my mom. If she getting abuse buy her mother she can talk to cops. And tell them that her dad don't want her and tell them where she want to live at.
