Where's the best place to cruise in September without hurricanes?

We went to Canada. Left out of Boston. It was great for us because we where living in Florida and had just gone through two hurricanes. It was great to get to some cooler weather, hot food, and electricity! The cruse hit St. Johns, Portland, and some other places. Very Nice!
