Where does Halloween rank out of the others holidays?

It has been CLAIMED, not verified that Commercially ( business related sales, etc) Halloween is the second largest holiday ranking only after, of course, Christmas. I cannot verify this but a friend of mine heard this on a news radio station. I would say that Easter played (Rhythm Guitar) behind Yule but evidentally, and tragically, Halloween with all its morbid and vandalism-oriented pranks has risen above Easter as the second biggest commercial holiday.
