Was teddy wilburn gay

All the evidence I have been able to find including talking with his colleagues over the years says yes.

I don't know who gave the above answer, but Teddy was engaged to Donna Douglas for a brief period in the late sixties, and proposed later in life to a female fellow songwriter (she refused as she was still grieving over the loss of her husband). I, personally, also know some of his family members, and they say he was absolutely not a homosexual, and that was an old rumor started years ago since he never married. So no, he was not gay.I flat out asked a close family member, and the answer was no. teddy had quite the healthy interest in the fairer sex.
