How do you make underwater bubble rings?

Just lie on the bottom of the pool, and say "pop". Practice and you'll blow like a master.

THis guys answer is ok...but saying "poop" works much better...promise. I just learned how to this summer. Plug your nose lay on the bottom of the pool and say poop making the oop very long. Pooopt. GLAd I COULD HELP!
