Which Senator called President Obama a liar?

Representative Joe Wilson (R) shouted "You lie" at president Obama during his health care speech.

He shouted it after Obama said illegal immigrants won't be covered in the health care bill.

Ironically illegal immigrants don't receive federal subsidies from the health care bill so his statement was unfounded.
