What do pagans consider magic or spells?

A Pagan Perspective: Magic is the manipulation of naturally occurring energies, by an ethical practitioner, using their mind , their will and what ritual/spells as they see fit.

Spells are the (usually) written directions, materials list, and general information needed to effect the aforementioned naturally occurring energies, to a specific need or end.
