How can you tell if testicles are badly crushed or mildly crushed?

if the testicles are mildly crushed they still work but they will be swollen and even more sensitive.

Badly crushed - Flatten, if your sack got really flatted out, like if you have been falling down on a pole or something, the testicles might be totally broken in pieces
