This can only be solved with the information given if we regard ∆ABC as a right angled triangle.

If AC is the hypotenuse then Sin c = 2/11 = 0.181818 therefore angle c = 10.48°

If AC is not the hypotenuse then Tan c = 2/11 = 0.181818 therefore angle c = 10 .30°
