Is it safe to drive when your car oil lights keeps coming on and there is enough oil in the car?

Probably there is a "false positive", a problem in the detection system. It is the lack of oil that is dangerous, not whether it is detected or not. However, you should (1) have the detection system checked, and (2) in the meantime, regularly check the oil level.

Perhaps the oil is not being pumped adequately.
