When was Saint Jacques Fremin canonized?

Jacques Fremin was from France, he taught grammar for five years before his ordination to the priesthood in the Jesuits. After his ordination, he went to America, first Canada, to convert the savages. He ended up in Vermont, he had a long and fruitful life, converting over 10,000 in his life. I can not find the date for his canonization.
