How do you play the card game Ono?

To play the card game Ono, each player is dealt a hand of cards and the goal is to be the first to get rid of all your cards. Players take turns playing a card that matches the color or number of the top card on the discard pile. Special action cards can also be played to change the game. The game continues until one player has no cards left and is declared the winner.
