Top pay employees (employees who have been there for some time) get paid a variable amount, depending on which contract was in place during their hiring date. Someone hired before October 2003 could be making as much as $15 or so... someone after is in the $12-13 range...

New hires expect minimum wage with no raise until 780 hrs, at the minimum. Even then, no guarantee they give it to you.
