How do you get the big tic Fossil watch to start working after replacing the battery?

Take out the 2 batteries that should make the screen flash, leave in the one that makes the hands move. Put the 2 batterias back in the watch and quickly put something metallic on the RESET point to "short circuit it". You have to do this quickly or it wont work.

I had do this 3 times bofore it workt.
