What does surrogacy mean and what does it cost?

Surrogacy happens when a third person carries a baby for a couple to make sure it is healthy since since there is a reason the women in the couple could not carry their baby. An egg from woman 1, is fertilized with man 1's sperm, then woman 2 gets the fertilized egg inserted into her so she can carry it to full term. It is still biologicaly woman 1 and man 1's baby, but woman 2 is carrying it like she is an incubator for that couple. This can cost thousands up to hundreds of thousands for the couple.
