Do other sweets explode in Diet Coke?

No but I am pretty sure that if you put a mentos in it then close the lid really fast then shake it up it will definetely explode!

Not explode. it fizzes up to the point in which the bottle cant hold the extra gases produced making the top shoot off. and no Diet coke will not explode if sugar is added
