What is the name of speedy gonzalez drunken cousin?

His (fat, lazy) cousin's name is Slowpoke Rodriguez. I'm not sure I ever remember Slowpoke being drunk, though; I think the drunk mice are just friends of Speedy's, and don't really recall them ever being given full names (I believe their first names are Pablo and Fernando).
