- you switch between recent apps by double-tapping the home button to reveal all apps you used recently; you can scroll to the right to see more apps
- you can play music from the iPod app, YouTube and third party apps like Pandora by double-tapping the home button and scrolling to the left to reveal a music control section where pressing play should play music from the last app you were in; you can then use other apps while listening to the music
- you can listen to your music while your phone is locked by locking your phone and double-tapping the home button to reveal another player; pressing play will play music from the last song you were playing
- you can free up your CPU by double-tapping the home button and holding down on apps and then pressing the little red circle with the line to quit the app (with will not harm the app or delete the app in any way)
