How do you undelete text?

If you have just deleted it, you can use the Undo command by clicking the icon or pressing Ctrl - Z to undo the action and restore it. If you leave it too long, it will become harder. If you have saved and closed the document, then you won't be able to retrieve deleted text when you open it again.
