What does it mean if a guy shuts off his cell phone on the weekends and at night and says he does not like to get disturbed?

Since most of the youth have their cell phones glued to the side of their head like a huge abnormal growth, I would say he either chooses not to answer some calls, or he's into computer or dating girls. It's odd to me that a young man wouldn't be out with at least his friends and staying in contact with those friends by cell ... especially on the weekend. I don't know if you are asking because you like this guy, but if you do, move on because he's rude and crude and is using a flimsy excuse. You can do better! Good luck Marcy
