If all particles in a metal spoon start moving faster how has the spoon's temperature changed?

The spoon's temperature has obviously increased causing the molecules' speed to increase.

With an increased temperature, the particles gain more kinetic energy (heat), and therefore move around faster. If the spoons temperature drops, the particles would be moving slower because there is less kinetic energy.
