Why do you want to join front office department in hotel industry?

front office plays a major part in hotels....it helps to learn the "CUSTOMER INTRACTION" ,since i have been trained in all the departments,but front office means everything to me as it is giving first impression....to the guests.we can learn and get experinces in all the guest views....automatically "EMPATHY" WII GET INVOLVE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM....FRONT OFFICE means understanding the guests and satisfy them with thier opt needs...i love to do hospitality to the guests..
