How does one get wrinkles out of a thick vinyl projection screen?

Use a hair dryer! Put the hair dryer on high and aim it at the wrinkles. Let the natural weight of the screen pull the softened vinyl into place. Let the straightened screen cool completely before re rolling. Do not fold the screen again, roll it up.
