What do you do if you think a rumor is going to be spread about you?

If you think you know what the rumour is prove it wrong if you can, but dont go over the top with it. I would ask people if they know of a rumor about you, people you can trust, if so do what you think is right. If the rumor is true, hold your ead igh, dont deny it, it cant be bad. And if you think one is going to be spread do exactly the same, do not be ashamed if it true, because it is you! and if people take the mick then they aren't your friends and you don't need them, everyone has thing that are embarrassing so if they take it out in you (if it is embarrassing) then just remind them that they aren't perfect. you don't need to take their crap so keep your head high, and if they do anything NEVER stoop to their level because you are better tan them in that circumstance
