Is it normal for a 13 year old to dye her hair?

Yes it is , im 13 and my hairs currently darkest brown with purple highlights , its not healthy for your hair but if you really want it , go for it ! But in my honest opinion , if i had a chance to go back to the first time i dyed my hair , i would have said no . I wish i still had my natural hair color o';
