All ants are ectothermic - that is their body temperature is not self-regulated. This is the same as "cold-blooded" in common terms, but "cold-blooded" does not mean that an animal's blood is cold - it just means that it changes temperature according to what the external temperature is.

So-called "warm-blooded" animals, by contrast, like humans, have a body temperature that stays roughly the same no matter what the outside climate is.
