Where is gonorrhea most likely to be found?

In case of male it causes acute urethritis. So pus discharge per urethrum. in case of female also pus discharge per urethrum is there. But it is masked by severe cervicitis and vaginitis. It looks very horrible. But patient is cured by single shot of injection ceftriaxone 1 gram IV. Both the partners should be treated simultaneously. And inner-wares should be discarded.
