How do you know if a guy likes you for you?

Honestly if a guy likes you he is going to respect you and act differently around you. He won't turn his back to you, but instead will try to be close to you. He'll look at you a lot because he wants to look at your beauty :) He'll try to catch your eye and stare at you for a long time or make silly faces at you.
