Information systems are too important to be left to computer specialists?

No, i think this is not necessary, because a computer specialist is not made perfect without doing practical. It means when he started practice, many times he would have been failed. But as many time he would have, definitely he got some more knowledge after that he could make. so, we can say that specialist is a way by whom we can help to make ourself better than earlier,but to get more knowledge or to be perfect we have to work hard ourself.
