What has the united nations accomplished since it began?

The UN has helped in economic problems during country debt and war, they take in refugee and take of them, this help the take the innocent away and fight the bad people. We have helped a lot of country, we started this development since the world war two,because we had to settle peace after that war. There are presently 192 member States of the United Nations.
