Any exercise which reduces body fat will reduce stomach fat. There are no exercises which specifically target fat in a certain body region. If you want to lose your gut, you'll have to reduce your total body fat. Any moderately-intense cardiovascular exercise, such as running, biking, swimming or hiking (and many more) is a great way to burn calories. The American Heart Association recommends at least 60-90 minutes of exercise most days of the week for those trying to lose weight or maintain weight loss.
