Who was the totally shaved model in hustler?

The totally shaved model appeared in a fantasy fetish set in the February 1978 Hustler. The model was playing the part of a woman prisoner in an American jail who gets all her hair shaved off by guards before being strapped in an electric chair.

Some say the model's name was Panthera Malone, others that it's unknown.
