If you delete a call from your call log, it will still show up on your cell phone bill, as the mobile phone company keeps track of how many minutes you use, text messages sent, etc. The call log on your cell phone is simply just to help you keep track of who you called, or who has called you. Usually, a cell phone will only store about 20 records of phone calls, in which it is deleted anyway, automatically.
