It is suitable to all organisations.

It is suitable to only big organisations.

Relationship

Delegation establishes superior-subordinate relationship.

Decentralisation is a step towards creation of semi-autonomous units.

In this, responsibility cannot be delegated.

In decentralisation, responsibility can be delegated.
